Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

From Honolulu: Take H-1 West towards Waianae. Follow I-H-1 W to HI-92 W. Take exit 15B from I-H-1 W toward JBPHH. Use the left three lanes to turn slightly left onto O'Malley Boulevard. At the traffic circle, take the fourth exit onto Vickers Avenue. Turn right onto Scott Circle.  

From Central Oahu or the North Shore: Get on I-H-2 South from HI-99 S and Kamehameha Highway. Merge onto I-H-2 S via the ramp to Honolulu. Merge onto I-H-1. Use the right lane to take exit 15 for HI-92 E/HI-92 W/Nimitz Highway toward JBPHH. Use the left three lanes to turn slightly left onto O'Malley Boulevard. At the traffic circle, take the fourth exit onto Vickers Avenue. Turn right onto Scott Circle.  

From the Windward Coast: Merge onto I-H-3 West toward Pearl Harbor. Use the left lane to merge onto I-H-1 E. Use the right lane to take exit 15 for HI-92 E/HI-92 W/Nimitz Highway toward JBPHH. Continue onto HI-92 W/N Nimitz Highway. Use the left 3 lanes to turn slightly left onto O'Malley Boulevard. At the traffic circle, take the fourth exit onto Vickers Avenue. Turn right onto Scott Circle.  

From the Leeward Coast: Take H-1 East towards Honolulu. Use the right lane to take exit 15 for HI-92 E/HI-92 W/Nimitz Highway toward JBPHH. Use the left three lanes to turn slightly left onto O'Malley Boulevard. At the traffic circle, take the fourth exit onto Vickers Avenue Turn right onto Scott Circle.
