Physical Therapy

At present, we are only seeing active duty personnel. Overflow active duty referrals and referrals for non-active duty which cannot be booked at Tripler Army Medical Center will be deferred to the network. Patients with active referrals or acute physical therapy needs may call 15th MDG appointment line 808-448-6000 to schedule an appointment. Please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out required paperwork. No aqua therapy, and no TBI, neuro, pelvic floor.
