You may experience busy signals when calling the military pharmacy prescription refill interactive voice response system – or prescription refill line – Jan. 26 to Feb. 5, 2026, as the system is updated.  
Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

We treat acute illnesses, chronic illnesses and conduct personal health assessments. Services available:

  • Disease Management for diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and obesity
  • Case Management for specialty cases, diseases, and medical issues;
  • Behavioral Health Occupational Program;
  • Specialty referrals for Tripler Army Medical Center and Makalapa Navy clinic;
  • Referrals for physical therapy, registered dietician, mental health, smoking cessation, and sleep class;

Call to schedule. Minor procedures and specialty services are primary care manager dependent. Schedule an appointment with your primary care manager to for further evaluation and discussion.
