Urgent Care
Urgent Care services treat non-life-threatening health issues that require immediate attention, such as sprains, the flu, colds, and other common illnesses.

The Acute Care Clinic is located on the first floor of Building 684 of the Schofield Barracks Health Clinic. Access is via the ACC front door facing Waianae Avenue.

Emergency Care
If you are experiencing a life-threatening medical situation (including mental health emergencies), call 911 immediately. Emergency care services treat life-threatening medical issues such as threats to your life, limbs, sight, or safety.

The 15 MDG does not have emergency room services. For possible loss of life, limb, or eyesight, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. For in-area after hours, weekend, and holiday care, and if you believe you need care after hours, but your health concern is not an emergency, please call 808-448-6000.
