We provide a wide range of services including: new patient registration, assistance with TRICARE claims and questions, and requests for copies of medical records. For TRICARE-related question, you can contact Health Net at 844-866-9378 or visit the Hickam Health Benefit Advisor Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. To enroll or to transfer your TRICARE Prime enrollment to Hickam Clinic, please visit TRICARE West or contact Health Net at 844-866-9378.
